Overall a very good service. I would have given 5 stars except for an incident about two years ago. I ordered a silver bracelet and when the box arrived it was empty apart from the invoice. I tried to phone customer services, but I couldn’t get through. I emailed and got repeated replies saying the incident was resolved, but it wasn’t. In the end I gave up and, as the bracelet was only £9.99, I decided to let it go. I didn’t order for a while, but was tempted back!
