Always helpful on phone, prompt delivery. Option to return if not happy very good. Would be nice to have free returns as can be costly mistake in this respect. Magnification on screen can be a bit misleading. Large stones should have more than 4 claws - have twice knocked stone out by fluke and been lucky not to lose it. TJC put it back for me the first time but it happened again, so currently out of use!
