The past two weeks I have had to complain three times!
1)was not sent a free gift with mascara.
2)ordered 2 x of an item only got 1.
3)ordered my daughter some beautiful earrings, ended up with a sterling silver cup pendant. Paid for delivery to send back!
I have been shopping with tjc for years never had a problem.
Today for the first time spoke to a gentleman who was rude and didn't care!! I am not happy.
