Ordered some Ted Baker sunglasses for a birthday present. As a TJC Plus customer I was getting worried after non arrival by 5 days. Made several phone calls to Customer Service and was told a different story each time. I was even given a false tracking number. After 4 weeks of countless calls I was informed that these glasses had been damaged in the warehouse. I will be cancelling my TJC Plus membership and buying from a more reputable and honest company.
