Changed my email address in July by phone - still waiting in October for it to be done - what I ended up with was two accounts, one I cannot access with my TJCplus and the other that wont let me access for some unknown reason. Phoned 4-5 times each time told wait 72 hours and someone will contact you and they never do. Even asked for escalation of my complaint to a director and still no one gets back to me.
