If all goes well TJC is a great place to get reasonably placed jewellery.
If anything goes wrong (maybe 20% of the time in my experience) then you'll need a lot of patience and tenacity. The customer service and problem resolution is in need of a total overhaul. Tickets are marked resolved when issues are still being investigated
