Received Opal stud earrings with no seal
With a sticker on external packaging saying if seal removed cannot be returned
The butterfly back is very stiff
So can’t wear either
Clearly I was sent a damaged item with no choice of return
Won’t be ordering again
I shall stick with Gemporia never had issues in 6 years
I only tried TJC as I was looking for some Opal studs to match my Gemporia Opal ring and pendant and bracelet
