Last couple of orders have been dealt very poorly. When I ordered online I never received any email confirming the order or when it’s going to be delivered. The same thing happened when I returned the item no email about receiving or refunding. Again this happened with the last item i ordered. I still waiting to hear from yourself regarding the refund. When I have ordered so many times before and this never happened before so what has changed now. Very very poor customer service. I don’t feel like ordering anymore from TJC
