They haven't bothered to address my complaint (professionally), by personally emailing me in response, rather than consistently being a computer generated type etc. The issues being the quality of certain products received and the confused manner in which these purchases were presented (in my online account), including the spend figures etc - due to an IT problem they experienced. They should not think it appropriate here, to request me to contact them yet again, out of false concern and PR purposes. The ball has remained in their court!
