Although very polite on my 4 phone calls to customer services I was told the item had been dispatched twice when in fact it hadn't, I also sent 6 emails none of which were answered apart from a generic reply saying they were looking into my query. My first payment of 5 has been taken out of my account but I have still not received my ring, this is an expensive item so I am very concerned. On my last phone call I said I would never shop with tjc again and I never will. This is the worst on line company I have ever dealt with and doesn't even deserve one star.
