Items not received with no explanation given by TJC. Telephoned three times and one month after order eventually told after phoning again that a refund was being processed but no reason given. Item which has been returned to you has not been acknowledged so I don't know if you have received it. Pretty poor service and I feel sorry for your telephone operators.
Shortage of staff is no excuse - everybody is busy at Christmas and most companies take on temporary staff in good time for Christmas.
Why am I paying for TJC Plus when you can't deliver the service?
