On placing order for a ring valued at £1000, the customer services were not aware of the free resizing that the presenter was offering. The cust serv respondent asked me to verify my claim with a screen shot, but this was not possible as I ordered when the show was on TV & by time your cust service asked for this information, the programme had finished (it finished a full 24hrs before this request) Maybe the cust service dept should be made aware of what the shows are offering?
