I placed an order for a ring on the 19th December 2021. I waited patiently but I didn’t hear ANYTHING. I phoned to make an enquiry about my order. Very frustrated! The member of staff kept asking me when I placed the order. Even though, I did confirm my order number. I was advised to phone my bank & cancel my payment. Due to the ring pending? A few days later I received an email informing me that the ring was NOT in stock. At that stage I cancelled the order. Extremely disappointed, it was the first time, that, I have ever placed an order for jewellery. After, they messed up with NO explanation, whatsoever. It is most unlikely that I will be placing an order for jewellery in the future
