I phoned customer service because I'm not good with automated services or online shopping and he twice tried to redirect me to automated services it would be great if more understanding was shown to people like me who are a bit mistrusting of Internet and automated phone ordering i prefer to talk to someone but thanks for reasonable prices and I'll continue to a customer if it's easy to make a purchase by phone
