Ordered earrings for a birthday gift . The item was showing as in stock . Payment was taken straight away . Waited over a week for no delivery . When I rang to check delivery date I was told the item was out of stock . So I asked why my payment was taken if the item wasn't available i was I told I could re-order when it was back in stock . NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT ! I have been a regular customer for 15 years but won't be anymore .
