I am extremely upset as I was not sent a NEW product........ I called straight away to complain and told I would be sent a returns label ...10 days later I called again to request a returns label ...never arrived
I then thought I would pay for the return myself and went to the post office...after holding up the queue I was told there was no such address
I called again to be told to go to Opatra direct
Poor poor poor would not recommend
