When my order came there was an item missing that they did send out when I rang up and told them about. But when I did the price I was charged was incorrect. The agent I spoke to said I was eligible for a price match but company policy is that this can’t be applied until after the 30 days so advised me to call back after the 15th of April and then the difference will be refunded on to my card. I agent assured me this would be done and said he has put this in his notes. I took his name but just hope that this is the case once the 15th of April comes. …….. we shall see and hope this is the case
