I recently purchashed 5 mulberry dovets, so far I have received 3. I have already discussed this with your customer service person and it was agreed that in fact 5 have been paid for. To look up on line tjc for my account is impossible. firstly it does not recognise this address, strange really that you do. So i cannot log in without changing my password. it seems that the delays..............the missing items.............communication with your company is a shambles.
I am new to tjc and what with these problems I am reluctant to stay with you as a customer.
Not only do I want what I have paid for, at this moment in time i will not be ordering any thing else till this is sorted out
I would suggest your company looks at how ideal world operate. They are perfect a to z
