Happy with my 1st order but did not receive my 2nd order. When called to find out what has happened, without confirming with me was told refund on its way, I told the guy I want the item not a refund. He said I can re order but not for the sale offer price. No apologic offer at least. I was really looking forward to my order as it would have been my daughters birthday present. Shame TJC was not able to do much.
