Disappointed with service - money was debited from my account way before delivery date. I had to ring 3 times and was told yes delivery in a few days but that did not materialize so cancelled the order in the end. I do understand some things have to be on advanced orders but what I do object to is the money being taken straight away - why cant TJC take the money say 3 days before? All customer care could say was it is coming soon!
