I ordered my item, company took my detail and I received an email from them confirming my order. A week later still no item, so I responded to ask when I may expect information regarding my orders delivery. That was 4 days ago and I have still received no response or tracking information from them.
I don't mind time, of delay shipping (within reason) but very disappointed with their lack of communication.
