I know that companies diversify and things change but I have been disappointed by the service since your IT system has been updated earlier this year. There have been many issues! This is not to undermine the customer service team who have been polite, courteous and willing to sort out the issues but they can only operate within the bounds of the facilities available to them.
Also, must we have gardening amongst jewellery? TJC is becoming too general and, therefore like too many other outlets. Too many of the products are becoming cheap imports from China and India and lacking in quality.
Also, the Beauty Channel is overrun with overly expensive Opatra products which, I believe are an absolute con.
