I have recently purchased a resized 18 carat gold emerald and diamond ring cost £1200 easy pays £250 a month. Ring thin band weighing less than advertised and no gold hallmark. Had a horrendous experience for two weeks now. Finally on the 18/7/2024 they sent me an email stating they would refund my postage and payment . Today after I didn’t see any refund in my account to be informed by an abrupt email. They were sending the dodgy ring back with the offer of a £50 voucher . This was a present to myself for my 70 th birthday. Disgraceful. Can you imagine if a customer withheld payment they would be over you like a rash. Well I’m not settling for this treatment . Need not bother about the resizing guff either
