Good morning I have posted a review about Shocking customer service! At TJC. had to return two ordersbecause one was not as described and the other came too late. I used my local post office and got receipts but as the items were small and I used normal delivery I didn t get a tracking number . I rang TJC and said they could not help with the return and I am still waiting now!! They seem to have a problem with returns and refunds as this happened before. Often jewellery items are smaller and different colour from the website or TV and are misleading. If I don t get a refund soon I will take the matter further. Please do not reply asking for a tracking number as I have receipts from the post office
