I returned items as new but still have no refund and that was in January.
Even worse is that they are making me pay for items I have never received and they are taking the money from my account.
They ignore my emails and cut me off if I phone too.
The jewellery is very poor quality and jewelers who I have spoken to clearly state that the jewellery is not worth even the scrap value.
We must stop them stealing from us and other people.
