i have been shopping with TJC for many years and no complaints really except once when gold overlay chains were not good. i received a refund lost the postage both times though but overall I find them good especially the beautiful throws and other textiles for the money .they are beautiful and good quality better than the stores on the high street I found customer services very good and i actually sent a message to say so .
