I have been a customer of TJC for 10 years and I have bought consistently from them over this time. I had an unresolved problem at Christmas which I overlooked due to their Customer Sevices Dept being totally inept.
Over the past couple of weeks they had a few free postage days on their website so I took advantage and made several orders. I returned some of the the cheaper things and kept the better ones. I was surprised to receive a phone call from them yesterday asking what was wrong with the items I had returned and why I had returned so many? I thought they had a return - no questions asked scheme? I was really upset by this as what I kept far outweighed what I had returned.
My last order arrived today and a pair of earrings was missing from it but I just cant deal with their Customer Services. I ring, hang on for ages then give up so have resort to emailing their contactus. Then without fail a couple of days later you get a response telling you if the matter is not solved to ring their Customer Services Dept.
I am sad to say I will not be buying from TJC anymore, I do not know what has happened to them, they are not what they used to be.
