Caveat emptor/buyer beware! Around a year ago I tried ordering Christmas items online via ipad, but the order would not submit. I then tried to order on laptop and then PC, with the same problem. I telephoned Customer Service for advice. I can honestly say I never encountered such a rude, arrogant, obnoxious moron masquerading as a CS advisor in all my life. He insisted initially it was down to ipad, although I had told him I'd also had the same issue on PC. He then blamed my lack of computer knowledge, until I told him I had taught Computer Science at degree level for 25 years. He then proceeded with a sustained verbal personal attack. I asked if he was going to process my order by phone or not, to which he replied no. I was shocked at his complete arrogance and asked for his name. At this point he put down the phone. I tried to report the issue, but was told it was impossible to identify the person. (Yet they tell you calls, are recorded. ) Needless to say, after many years of buying from tjc, I haven't bought a singke item since. Their loss. I spent a small fortune with them over the years.
