There is no customer service whatsoever! They don't answer the phone, emails are sent and not responded to, they then send a survey asking how they did .... they did nothing. This company is ok unless there is a problem. I have bought an expensive ring which on close inspection is badly scratched. I've been trying to contact them about this since the day I received it as I don't want the cost of the special delivery return. No one answers or responds. A Shame as I've had nice jewellery in the past but this is very poor. I would advise against using this company now.
