I have noticed that my sterling silver necklace which has not yet been worn, is already looking corroded, with brownish stains.
I am appalled by the manner in which I have been spoken to, after speaking to the same customer service advisor twice in one day.
Instead of handling the call professionally, she twice resorted in putting the phone down on me.
I have been left with no resolution to the situation. I have requested to raise a formal complaint and have had no response. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer and my family too, who have also had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their customer service team. It's so disappointing. TJC need to better train their staff who are failing to represent the company in an ethical manner.
