Ordered mask on 08/06 by phone
Confirmation txt same day, 09/06 txt to say dispatched! On 18/06 I phoned to enquire on progress on parcel, to be told no sign of order, or dispatched txt?
Agent was going to pass on info to manager? No contact yet, I phoned again, after finding out £9.99 (no p&p?) deducted from my account? To be informed after 20mins. on phone waiting for guy to make enquires, it was dispatched, and on the 15/06, delivery was refused, and returned? We have been in lockdown for 14 weeks, There was no notification from Royal Mail, as usual? Tesco delivered that day between 11 & 12, AND we have security cameras on front door, which can confirm, no delivery? Anyway, how can they deliver an item, they can’t find any details for on their Web site? They also say they cannot refund my money, until they receive returned item???
