I will never buy another item from TJC bought a 9ct necklace in early March and never received it. Will not take emails and had to call 4 times from Ireland each call over 30 mins. Despite being assured on each occasion that I would get a refund I had to go to PayPal in mid May to force one and only received this early in June no communication from TJC no apology that’s how they treat a customer of over 10 years.
Necklace cost £280 far too much to be out of pocket
