APPALLING Customer Service. In the specifics, Shane in the Budget Pay team has been plain unprofessional, condescending, contemptuous and has outright refused to escalate the issue to senior management, despite me asking him several times.
I have reported the company to the regulator and have made an official complaint towards Shane. I am sure his managers will be delighted since he refused to put me through any of them when I was willing to resolve this amicably.
I will never purchase from TJC ever again and the quality is very poor. The item I bought (an expensive Opatra wand), has made a crack not even after 30 days of purchase.
