Very hit and miss overall - customer service can be good when they want to be. Packages always shipped on time and usually arrive promptly. Quality seems a bit hit and miss and is in decline. The past three orders I brought have had stones come out! Can't be a coincidence, the craftsmanship has declined, obviously. Have shopped with TJC for three years, but no more. Once my budget pays are up, I'm done! Try at your own risk, it's a gamble...
