I purchased a bag for £29.99, when shown on their tv programme, thought great lovely bargin, when it arrived they had charged me £39.99, I called and they said they could not refund the overcharged amount but give me a credit, why can’t this company give money back it’s taken wrongly, the bag is also on its website for £29.99, what a con, I am sure they have done this to me in the past but thought it was me getting it wrong, now I know it’s them, miss selling items, trading standards needs to look into their operating procedure.
