No stars from me. Worst customer service i've ever experienced. I ordered a one carat diamond cluster ring. The day i received it i noticed a stone missing and contacted customer service only to be told to expect a phone call within 48 hour. Never had a call and stuck with a ring that isn't worth the money i paid. TJC shouldn't be allowed to continue trading. Shoddy goods, non existing customer service and a very little chance of getting your money back when you don't get the goods you ordered
