Never ever part with your money on these people they do not sort out problems . Not only do they keep your money and am talking hundreds of pounds but they keep the item also then send you round and round in circles, Till you have no option but to get others involved to go after them for what is legally yours, They are rip off merchants so please people keep well away from them, Spend your money at a jewellers instead, it’s worth staying away from them just for peace of mind, just don’t buy from them ever,
