Been a customer for many years,and finding now items are nit described properly and if very poor standard, I bought a £60 Amber necklace that was and looked large beads told they were 14.5mm in diameter, recieved a very small 7.5mm one certainly not the one they presented, also strad watches that don't work after a few months,even with new,batteries. Chains that break easily, this company should be investigated
