I sent for a ring at the cost of £199 for next day delivery.
The ring didn’t arrive the next day.
I phoned the customer service and was told it would be another week before I received it so they refunded my postage. Another week passed still no ring got in touch again then received a messages to say it was lost in transit. I would be refunded in 3 to 5 days this has gone on for2 weeks now still waiting for my refund. To add insult to injury I paid £2000 for a ring that was reduced to £1000 7 weeks later.
