Ordered 1 Moissanite ring with 30% off on 21.12.2022 £50.99 saying it had been dispatched with tracking, kept checking till the tracking was removed . Refunded by pay pal. Middle of February Ordered ,3 items split into 2 delivery’s Order 1 Austrian Crystal pen set, delivered on 23.12 2022 by Evri. £8.00. 0rder 2 , Amethyst beaded neck lace won on auction £8.00 refunded by PayPal. Order 3, Moissanite ring won on auction £11.00 refunded by PayPal middle of February Spoke to customer service 4 times they said it would be refunded the next Friday , no way to contact management , no apology ,it’s now middle of February , contacted pay pal who took my case , and have refunded me in full. As for £ 1.00 Auction have also won quite a few times, but rarely got my Jewellery either out of Stock , or completely ignored any requests to full fill the prize . Not happy with the non customer satisfaction , Will never use T.J.C. again .
