Spent £700 on a piece of jewellery. Received it with a MASSIVE SCRATCH right in the middle (where is quality control?) Tried getting in touch with customer service to repair or replace immediately as its for a gift. Told to wait over 2 weeks and pay to send back. Also customer service hang up on me few times in the middle of conversation plus being told they can’t make any decisions or take any responsibility. Shocking experience that taught me I should have trusted people when they said ‘stay away from TJC’.
