Awful Performance.
Waiting 2 months for gift reward. Overly complicated claims process, and a contact centre who took so long to reply I would have missed my claim window had I not have chased it up through other means.
Have never had the time to get through to them directly on the phone, either they have one member of staff manning them or it is a measure of the companies performance!
