My parcel was arriving from Spain. It was unlucky enough to end up in Aylesford TNT depot. They did try to deliver it once, leaving a message as no-one was in. After that I have asked for the re-delivery a few times and TNT customer services did the same - all times mine and their requests were silently ignored. TNT customer services kept apologising but in reality nothing was changing until a week later when Aylesford TNT just sent the parcel back to Spain. Is that a service? LOL. The worst ever. Not even a joke... Never ever.
