Unacceptable, purchased goods on the 5th, parts were to be delivered within 48hrs. Tracking number provided, tracked goods to Colchester at 17:08 on the 6th where they have been since according to the tracker. Date today 10th and still no parts. Contacted TNV on Friday, only to be told the parts are now in Grantham and will TRY deliver Monday the 11th. Totally unacceptable, if they can’t deliver within 48hrs as promised how do you trust them to deliver at all. In the meantime I am losing money as my van is off the road. Had to let my customers down on Monday due to my van still being off the road. I certainly will be thinking twice before doing business with them again. I should have gone with europarts even though they were more expensive, at least I would be back on the road. Invoice states shipping method …..EXPRESS what a joke!!!
