Hit or miss. I’ve bought about 7 rompers or dresses from Tobi over the last two years. Half were very cute, flattering and decent quality for a good price. The other half I had issues with the material quality. One romper was completely see through but it was only $11 so I threw it away. Second romper completely unraveled at the seams while I was wearing it. I was not given a refund for this one. My most recent dress arrived with a 2 inch rip in the side seam and obvious pulling at the zipper seam. With quality this unpredictable I wish they had a better return policy. Even SHEIN has a better return policy. Lesson learned.
