I ordered a beautiful maxi dress that unfortunately didn't fit. I went to return it, and the return label provided had MY address as the "receiver" and the TOBI address as the "sender" on the label. I e-mailed customer care but never received a response, so I have to keep the item and will not even receive the store credit. Will not buy from TOBI in the future due to poor customer service and response time.
