I did have an issue with my order being placed twice, but Tobi did help me resolve this! I used a discount code which when I checked out, it said it did not take my code. So I removed it, placed my order again and then found out that both of my orders went through. I was worried I would not be able to get a refund with their store credit policy. I sent an e-mail asking for one of my orders to be cancelled, which was never responded to. But my second e-mail was responded to right away and I was able to get a full refund on the second order. So everything turned out ok and Tobi was very helpful! Just took a few tries! And having a phone number to call would be very helpful in cases like this.
