There was an issue with my order and it took WEEKS for a response, and only after I persistently wrote in asking for a reply. The few replies I got had no name, terrible grammar, and often ignored my questions, which meant I had to keep reaching out and keep waiting. Eventually (1 month later) I got an e-mail from 'Spencer, Manager', it was the first e-mail with complete sentences, punctuation, correct grammar, and a sign-off. Spencer was apologetic and offered a partial solution, but the experience had been so tarnished by the few and far between, poorly crafted replies that I did not want to support the company at all. I said this multiple times but unfortunately, no one cared. I never heard from Spencer again and my issue was never resolved.
The dress itself isn't bad, but my friend got the exact same style from Shein (and I do mean EXACT same) for $25 and we cannot see any difference besides the tag. DO NOT waste your money or time with TOBI.
