A leaseholder who cant get together housing to stop the rain and draught in my flat. This has been ongoing for 15 months . Several visits nothing done . Replaced balcony windows but failed to knock out and rerender bricks that let water in. They did however paint it with silicone , it didn't work. And just to put the cherry on their cake they have stuck two recycling bins for the whole block under my windows. Complaints get lip service not solved. They have really serious problems at Together Housing existing housing stock is being allowed to deteriorate in favour of their new build programme. 15 months in anyone's book is long enough to get a repair done. The outer building is their responsibility.
