This housing association is a complete joke, been in my property a year, had several problems with things needed doing, they just come out and patch things up, that's when they do turn up,, had my toilet looked at three times and still not fixed so I have had to get plummer out and now getting new cistern put in, they once turned up to fix my timer on heating which constantly buzzed forgot to bring new timer with them, came to sort damp in bathroom, they just painted over it eith done stuff, now it's come bk, they are replastering walls, wettoom floor being replaced was suppose to measure up Friday gone, never turned up at all, not even a telephone call to explain, these are definitely cowboys complete joke, waste of time, liars , I think u would be better avoiding this housing at all cost,
